This hotel was booked through a bank which had a holiday home. I travelled to this place with my friends on a relaxing tour in August 2012. The service was very good. This is a very big hotel near the beach compared to other hotels. Digha as a tourist spot is very dirty. The hotel has a phone booking facility. The staff were friendly and responded to our calls quickly. The room occupied was non AC; TV and geyser were available, neat and clean. The food was taken from outside. The sea could not be seen from the rooms. There was no activity available in this hotel.
It’s not a good hotel and geyser is not running and food is not good. Room is not spacious and light is not sufficient, bed is not good, in all aspect hotel is not good. I have changed this hotel from the first day, the first day booking money is wasted, not good, not good and bathroom is dirty.
Hotel was conveniently located and situated in highway. Rooms were spacious, neat, clean and well-maintained. All amenities like Hot water, AC, TV and geyser were available and were in working condition. Food quality was good and taste. Hotel was good. It was worth for the money. Would like to recommend other travelers. Activities like swimming pool, indoor, outdoor games were available in the hotel. Arrangement of vehicle was organized by the hotel but hired own car as it will be less expensive. It was a honeymoon trip.
It's a nice hotel, you can say three star hotel, having good food with room service. Distance of about 0.5 km from Darjeeling toy train station with communication of car in share for sight seeing. It is a spacious and well interior, and good service. Since it is a three star hotel, it is so cleaned and good with category staff.
Although this place is called a homestay, its just like any other hotel you would go. I visited Darjeeling in May 2014. This is run by a Tibetan family and I must say the decor and cleanliness if first rate. We were not lucky to get a room with a view, but nevertheless we enjoyed every bit here. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
Room services were good. It is located at 10 mins walking distance from Mahal. Rooms were good with TV, etc. Geyser was available in the bathroom. There was no view visible from the room's window. Food was average. Both veg and non-veg food were available there. Location wise, it was very good. Look wise, hotel appearance was good. Hotel services were very good. Reception staff was good. There were no activities available. Darjeeling as a tourist spot is a good place. I travelled here with my family. There was no problem staying there. There was a scope of improvement in rooms.
