I went to Haridwar in the month of August 2016. It was a holiday visit with my family. I booked my stay through walk-in. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was a beautiful place. It was very near to all places. The appearance of the hotel was good in look. The front desk of the hotel was average. Cost of the rooms was bit high. The staff response quite cooperative. The services and the housekeeping were very good. The food facilities provided by the hotel was very good. The taste of the food was pretty tasty. Room facilities provided by the hotel was good. It was very clean and all. Parking facility was there. Overall services were done by the hotel was very good. Overall it was a budget hotel.
It was the Religious trip to Haridwar with family in the month of March 2016. I have booked the hotel through the online Goibibo website. The destination was excellent. The location ambience of the hotel was not that expected. The hotel is easy to access. It is very near to the market. The surroundings were very clean The room was not good. There were no normal facilities in the room. It was not a comfortable stay. The service was not that expected. There is no lobby. The staff were not that efficient. There was no WiFi and the lift facility. The reception staff was not approachable and communicative. The service was not that good. We did not have foodies at the hotel. There were no other activities over the hotel. Overall bad stay.
The hotel Mahalakshmi is a very good and nice and tourist places. Everything in the hotel is good. It is near to Ganga river in Haridwar and a very famous area in Uttar Pradesh, India I enjoyed every moment in hotel Mahalakshmi, services were good nothing.
I visited Haridwar with my parents and grand parents on religious trip. We stay here in Mahalakshmi hotel. This hotel is very near from temple. Infrastructure of hotel is very impressive. When we enter in the room it is very beautifully decorated. I like the hotel.
