Hotel is in Zakir Hussain Road, hardly 10ft wide road where Innovative intry restricted and I carry my luggage to hotel, through hotel roof scene of mountain is good, infrastructure is very bad, rooms are average, bathrooms are average, staffs are supportive, chawrastaa is 500m away, no meal arrangement in hotel, they will bring breakfast when breakfast is in package, water problem is big in Darjeeling, I didn't get water for 10hrs in room because water tanker not came on time

The food and drinks were available in the hotel was very good. The activities were not available in the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family for personal trip. The overall experience was good in the hotel. The hotel was located in the city. The garden was not available in the hotel. All amenities were available in the room. I would not suggest anything to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers.
I went to Darjeeling on a honeymoon Trip with my wife. I stayed in this hotel for 15days. I was pleased with the elegance and a wonderful look of this hotel. The furniture was as good as indicated in the Photo provided while booking. All the furniture were fully furnished and equipped well. The staffs were very humble and friendly. Best accommodation experience particularly for newly married couples. No disturbances. Peaceful atmosphere. staffs treated as so kindly provided good service. Furniture that were indicated in photos while booking were present in the hotel at good and clean condition. The staffs cleaned and the room twice a day. Lighting was awesome. All accessories and essentials were provided. Low cost. All the tourist places were easily accessible from this hotel. Many restaurants and transportation facilities are near the hotel. Hotel staff itself arranged vehicle for local sight visit at considerable cost. I would surely prefer this hotel during my next trip to calcutta. I will also refer this hotel to my friends and colleagues. Good hotel and overall excellent service.
