I had visited this hotel with my family. The staff’s behaviour was not good in the hotel. The sightseeing was available nearby the hotel. The hotel was located nearby the market. The parking space was available at the hotel. The garden was not available at the hotel. The reception area was good in the hotel. The service was done on time. The room and bathroom was clean in the hotel. The restaurant was available at the hotel. The variety of food was provided by the hotel. I didn’t use activity in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.
Everything about this hotel including location, staff, appearance were all good. Food was very tasty and I had taken a suite, which was very comfortable. They should have gym, swimming pool in their hotel.
Hotel Sagar Priya no doubt a good place to stay in Digha. Awesome Services, location, Sea beach and also the appearance. It's very near from the sea beach (maximum 5 minutes walking). Room also well decorated. It will be more better when its customer service is much improved.
Location of the hotel was good. Hotel was located at near to the sea beach. I traveled there with my family and friends for relaxation. Appearance of the hotel was awesome. Rooms were neat and clean. Services were fast. Staff behavior was friendly. There was no delay in check-in and check-out facility. They did not serve welcome drink at arrival. Food was tasty. Dancing and other activities were available. Activities were average. Destination is fine for travel. I will recommend this hotel for travelers.
The hotel was well connected to the marketplace and very close to the beach. I got the room backside of the hotel if I had got the front side then there was a beautiful beach view from the room. There was no problem while checking in and checking out time. Rooms were neat and well-maintained with good room service. The overall appearance of the hotel from inside as well as outside was very good. There was a small garden space in front of the hotel. The quality of the food was not bad and it typically Bengali food. AC, TV and geyser all the amenities were in working condition. Overall the stay was worth for the money.
This is one of the worst hotel ever visited by me. We four people went there and booked a 4-bed AC deluxe room. Two rooms having double beds each were connected and one of the rooms were far away from the AC. Also, we have stayed for two days. The receptionist and staff were very unprofessional and rude. They shouted at us when we reported about AC not working for both the days and mostly at those hours when we were in room. Also the receptionist misguided us when we asked about para sailing activities in Tajpur or Mandarmani, they told everything happens in Digha only but when we went to the beach it was not having the facility, whereas Tajpur was having which we came to know later. We have almost spent more than 7000 in 2 days, but the service offered was literally poor. Only the food was okay, but not sumptuous anyway for which they have charged a lot with 14.5% tax at every meal. This hotel is not recommended at all.
I went with my wife on a relaxing trip to this hotel during the month of 17-22nd May, 2014. The overall, experience was very good; the hotel was nicely located. The rooms were quite okay and tidy enough and I took food from outside. The appearance and interiors of the hotel were good. I booked this hotel through Ibibo.com. I did not face any problem while check in and check out. The hotel arranged for sightseeing.
Hotel is located on the beach front, reception area is big and well-maintained. Interiors are catchy and attractive, designs are little different from the other hotels in Digha. Space for car parking was available. In backside of the hotel there was a very nice childrens park. Staff behavior was so friendly.
though touted as a good hotel. 3 years back when they started they were really good, but currently the pricing and everything else is a disaster. very ill maintained rooms and the hotel staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional try not to eat at the hotel restaurant bcos the food is pathetic. terribly overpriced, down the road you may find another restaurant at the dead end part of the kolkata kasturi restaurant chain. that one is the bet in the locality
my overall experience is good, the food in there is not so bad, they took so many time to serve things & the cost of food & room is acceptable. there was a wetter, he so funny.

The Hotel 'Sagar Priya' is relatively new Hotel with very good appealing front. Rooms are nicely done with AC accomodation. Hotel has good restaurant. Comparatively, it is near to sea beach. Morning excursion to sea beach was mesmeric, one has to walk down to Digha beach in early morning to have a Glimpse of fishermen
