"Budget hotel at excellent location"

4.4/7
Posted 17 Aug, 2015

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days during end 2014. The hotel is located right opposite to tito's lane at baga beach. The hotel is a budget hotel and visibly ignored by it's management. The only reason we chose this hotel was the price offered and it's prominent location. The rooms were average with AC and fridge. We had to went down to have our bedsheets and quilts to be changed as they didn't looked clean. The management was visibly unhappy because we booked hotel via Ibibo at comparatively cheap rate at approx 1000/night The deal was including breakfast consisting tea and two sandwiches only but since you are in Goa these things really matters less as the location where this hotel is located compensates everything as you can walk down to baga beach in just five minutes with almost all eating joints available within near vicinity and open till 2-3 am in night. We felt absolutely safe while coming back from beach even during late hours as tito's lane is almost 24 hours open. We would recommend this hotel to groups who plan to visit Goa and intend to spend less on stay because rooms are needed only for few hours of sleep during night when you are in Goa.

"Hotel room and service was average"

6.0/7
Posted 1 Jan, 2015

The overall experience was good and conveniently located. This Hotel was average and the rooms were also average. There was a road view from room. The service was also average. We had food from outside. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. There was no other activity. The manager was very rude and not responding properly.

"Friendly staff but not recommendable hotel"

3.9/7
Posted 8 Feb, 2015

The best thing about this hotel is its location, just 2 minutes walk away from Baga beach. It is located just in front of the Tito's lane. The Hotel rooms are just OK. The wash room was a bit dirty but the hotel staff is always ready to help you with all means. But they are short of staff. When we visited the hotel restaurant was not functioning so they somehow managed the breakfast for us. Do not buy your lunch or dinner from the hotel as the food quality is really bad. They serve you in dirty plates and broken trays. There are a number of restaurants just outside the hotel. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I'll give them 2 out of 100. They have unpainted and stained walls. They will never clean your room till your stay, doesn't matter how many days you are there. When we went to Goa, it was an absolute rush there and no other hotel in a good location was vacant, so we had no choice and we had already done the booking online. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone especially to families. Only the staff out here is friendly.

"I had a good and comfortable stay"

5.8/7
Posted 29 Nov, 2016

I had been to Baga and stayed in this hotel. The location of the hotel was good. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was good. The check in and checkout was done on time. The service of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room allotted to me was neat with all required amenities in working condition. I ate food outside the hotel. There were no activities in the hotel.
