IT was a good place to visit mostly the calm and quiet environment of shantiniketan. As far as hotel is concerned nothing extraordinary but a economic hotel. I think they can work on the food and drink section to make it better.

The expectations were high, but it was complete disappointing. Unprofessional service provided. Its not worth the tariff. Only 2 person were there to provide room service and he had to cater to all guest and could not provide service. Booked 3 bed...

The location of the hotel was good and it looks nice. The staff was cooperative and the service of the hotel was nice. The rooms were comfortable and the food served was tasty. The rooms were small but nice.

I spent a good time when i visited to santiniketan during "22 she shrabon".they not only serve us,but guide us.so it was a good experience.
Best Experience: Their behaviour is very kind and they are very cooperative.

Shantiniketan is an obscure village in Birbhum dist of WB. One visits it because of Vishwabharathi University of Tagore. You can have a proper visit of the university in a couple of hours. The guides are available for Rs. 150-200 to tell you...
