The experience of the hotel was nice. I had visited this hotel with my family. The hotel was located outside of the city. The transportation facility was provided by the hotel. I had booked this room by online. The booking and front office was good in the hotel. The Wi-Fi facility was not provided in the room. All amenities were available in working condition. The parking facility was not available at the hotel.
Servicing staff was really good and they behaviour was fantastic. They did provide the food facility according to our choice and I liked it. Many varieties were available there like North Indian, Bengali food, etc. Price wise, the food was bit costly. I faced bit problem of water facility there, but after my complaint they solved it. There was no delay in check-in and check-out facility. I can recommend this hotel to other travellers. Inside and outside look of the hotel was fine but in my opinion the facilities of the room should be modern. Overall, my stay there was good. Location of the hotel was nice and it was situated inside the city and also at 5 min distance from the bus stand. Market was available in the surrounding of the hotel. I faced no problem to find this hotel. Room was comfortable and mountain view was available from the room. Bedsheet, blanket and other furnishing were okay. TV, geyser and other basic amenities were available there and functioning properly. I was there for three days. Staff of the hotel was cleaning the room regularly. 24hrs hot and cold water facility was available. Activities were not available there. I do not know about the parking facility. They arranged cab facility for sightseeing trip. It was a relaxation trip with a group in October month 2014. Overall, my destination in Darjeeling was value for money. Darjeeling as a destination place is very good. They should make some arrangement of activities like carom, etc.
Hotel was very good. I stayed there for one night and one day with family. Location wise, it was very good. It was located very near to the city. It was easily reachable. I liked it very much. Behaviour of the staff in that hotel was very nice. They were quick in their services. Look wise, it was good. It was of traditional style. Interiors were modern there. Everything was okay there. Check-in and check-out was done on time. Room quality was good. I had taken deluxe room there. All provided amenities were working well in the room. Room was spacious. Cleanliness wise, it was good. They cleaned the room daily. It was well-furnished. Bathroom was nice there. Food was good according to quality. I used both room service and restaurant facility for food. No delay in food service. Money spend there was okay. I did not see any activity there. I have already recommended this hotel to many people.
Nice and cosy rooms with electric blankets as complementary. Food was great with homely taste. Staff was well behaved. View from hotel was really amazing, you could watch whole mountain range from the hotel. Whole hotel was wooden furnished and it was really warm inside.
Location of the hotel was nice. Surrounding of the hotel was good. Look wise the hotel was fine. Staff behaviour was helpful. Services were fast. Food was available and it was tasty but it was costly. Rooms were well managed, neat and clean. Outside view was available from the room window. Check-in and check-out process was not delayed. Indoor and outdoor activities were not there. I went there with my family for sightseeing. I can recommend this hotel for others. Darjeeling place is awesome for visit.
It was convenient to locate the hotel and the stay here was good too. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was not that good. There were no delay during check-in and checkout. The staff in the hotel were prompt in service. There was no view from the hotel room. The room given to us was good with basic amenities. I ate food in the hotel, it was tasty, and the price was affordable. The hotel sure is value for money and I will recommend it to other travellers.
