Staff were very helpful, could have been better, if menu had more variety.

Overall experience was good. Mainly like the cleniness and ambience. But service level needs to be improved.

"Enjoyed the stay a lot"

Good experience overall. This was our first visit to Sikkim and the first hotel to land in. Staff was helpful. We all including children enjoyed the stay a lot.

Enjoyed the ambience. Rooms (and toilets) were clean and quiet. Great for family. Sight of Kanchenjunga from hotel deck is beautiful. Though a little uphill walk from Gangtok taxi stand, it is accessible by foot (max 15 mins) for sure.

The best part of staying here is the wonderful view of the Kanchenganga peak form the hotel itself . Employess were very much nice with their guests . Food was great too. Rooms were a bit small but manageable. I did not face any difficulties there . More
