Great, a comfortable stay. The room service was a bit slow but was with warmth. It was open round the corner & is a very safe place to stay. The food quality is also great specially with the non-veg.

Nice hotel located close to shimla station. Markets are closeby and service is very good.

Best Experience: Having buffet with beutiful scenery around.

"We had no toilet roll"

We had no toilet roll, hot water on a timetable and our guide had to request the hotel to switch this on for us even though it was meant to be on. 2 dirty towels in the bathroom. Just not a good feel to the place More
