"Awesome food & staff were good"

I'm very happy as I visited my favourite hotel which was awesome. I like to be expressed and the service by staff was amazing. Efforts made to make customers happy and visit again was good. I will surely visit this hotel again. Food has unique taste by rivals if compared.

"A good hotel in Mumbai"

5.5/7
Posted 1 year ago

Finding good and affordable hotels in Mumbai is difficult. But if you are on Western line, then This hotel at Kharghar West near the station is good for you. It is near the airport too. It is reasonable, breakfast is complementary, staff is good, cordial and food is lovely too. Breakfast is amazing especially. Good for your pocket and facilities amidst the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. AC rooms affordable too.

"Cooperative staff, clean rooms and tasty food "

6.3/7
Posted 1 year ago

The hotel is conveniently located near to railway station. The staff is very cooperative and service is speedy. My room is very good and everything is arranged very well. Rooms are clean and very well-maintained. Food is very tasty and delicious. WiFi is not accessible and TV provided is of very old type. Blankets which they provided has some holes in it but, AC works fine. Sightseeing was good. A good view from hotel and I had a very good experience in my stay.

"Room was neat & tidy, staff was great & friendly"

6.3/7
Posted 1 year ago

I visited to Mumbai in the month of January this year for my business purpose. I booked a hotel on yatra named "Central Guesthouse" - Mumbai Central which had many great reviews, good comments, good ratings. So I planned my stay there. I visited, and my eyes were popped out when I reached. The room was hell dirty, smelled, and as small as a hospital ward. I got frustrated and left it right away. Then I checked on cleartrip - Hotel Unicontinental which was located in Khar. Reviews were fine for it, not that good. But at that moment, reviews meant nothing to me unless I see them with my own eyes. I planned reaching the hotel first, checking the room, then booking it. So I reached the hotel, and I met the manager, receptionist, the staff, checked out the room, type of guests, location and most importantly ROOMS! I checked at least 4-5 rooms. Surprisingly, all the rooms and services were nothing like as mentioned online. THEY WERE FAR MUCH GOOD THAN THE REVIEWS! The cheapest standard room was also big enough for a couple to stay with maximum comfort. Services were 24 hours great staff was friendly, rooms were neat and tidy. Wash rooms were great, it was all worthy! I loved the stay over there! Will surely recommend to stay there. It's even 2 mins walking from local station.

"Nice experience with friendly staff & good service"

3.8/7
Posted 1 year ago

I was there in July and was not keen to go there as being a Mumbai person I did not like the locality as it was close to a railway station. Leaving that apart the experience were nice. The phone operator was the sweetest and he made sure I had no problems during the stay. The other staff too was friendly and very welcoming. I would not advise you this hotel for good rooms and sleep quality but if you are just on one or two days trip and want to shop around Bandra Khar Santacruz or are just gonna live out of the bag you can stay here. The lift was way too small but, the bell boys helped around. I would rate it a 3/5 solely on the basis of service.

"Located well with good rooms "

There are no much hotels around Khar, among them this seemed to be the only decent place to stay. The location is very good, walkable distance to Khar Station. The property is very big, ample space for parking several cars, buses. Rooms were neat, toilets clean. Canteen was not so good, food is tasty and staff was helpful. Seemed very less people preferred to eat here, so most of the time it was empty. They provide complimentary break-fast, its fixed quantity only but taste was good.
