Location was nice as hotel was situated at near to the railway station. Behaviour of the staff was professional. Services were up to the mark. Check-in and check-out process was smoothly. Appearance of the hotel was nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Intercom, TV and other basic amenities were available and any scenic view was not available from the room window. They cleaned rooms after two days not regularly. Restaurant facility was not available they arranged from outside and it was tasty. Indoor and outdoor activities were not there. I went there with my family for sightseeing.

I lived for a week in this hotel. The best part is it's near to Kharghar railway station. This hotel got restaurant and pub too. Staff is very helpful and respond in timely manner with excellent work ethics. No need to worry about language. As I never faced any problem interacting with staff in English, they are very courteous.

The stay wasn't that good. If you don't book it online than they will charge you a lot of money which will be 20-30 % than the actual price available online. I stayed here only for a day. The hotel looks good from outside but is not worth the value you spend. The rooms are not that spacious.

The staff is not at all co operative. They will make sure that they delay every time you call them.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar inside it which is decent enough. The food was
average.

This hotel can put the word hospitalityť to shame. We had a conference there two months back and due to a miscommunication between the sales and the banquet staff, we were humiliated in public by one of their managers in regards to the bill, with no fault of ours. We decided to come back to them as we did not want to react to one person’s deeds and also since their food was good and the floor staff, cooperative. As we entered the banquet hall for our conference the next time the staff seemed indifferent and flatly refused to help us with anything in regards to the set-up etc. When the manager was called upon, he entered the scene clearly with a pre-decided agenda and stated in the most impolite way using the most unprofessional of hand gestures that “It is not our job and you know it”. When I said it was the same job that they did during our last visit and hence that we decided to use their services, also apart from that; the sales guy had agreed to get also these jobs done. The Manager declared that he was in charge and he nothing to do with the sales guy. Well we were clearly held ransom, I had to calm down and ask him for a solution, to which he said if you promise to tip the guys( last time the 200Rs was not good enough) the will work. It was ridiculous, but did we have a choice!
The story did not end there, they gave us ( hope not purposefully) a poor quality projector, it displayed but with a blue background! We requested for tea/coffee to be served on the table (for 10 people) but then they said it is laid outside and they cannot serve. After much resistance, they finally served! The hall was given to us till 1800 hrs, but start 1700 hrs the hotel reps started butting in for the hall to be vacated, in spite of us telling them that we shall be done by 1745.They managed to disrupt the session till the end!
I am sharing this as people like us who refer to reviews should not be caught unawares by such touts!
P.S: Their food was extremely tasty and their floor staff good, but sad they had to follow instructions from their managers!
