The worst service hotel in this area I guess. Customer is last for these ppl. Wanted to vacate in the early morning and asked for hot water at 5. They respond with arrogance that hot water will comee only at 7. With repeated request also water will not come by 7 it seems. He was not ready to open hot water tap atall.

Hotel was good. I traveled there by own vehicle. Ambiance of the hotel was beautiful. Staff behavior was professional. Services were fast. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. TV, AC, geyser and other basic amenities were available. Outside view was available from the room window. Check in and check out facility was smoothly. Nothing was available in activities. Food was tasty. Location of the hotel was good. I will recommend this hotel for others.
We had planned to stay at Jog Falls KTDC hotel but as it was full had to travel to Sagara. After seeing 1-2 lodges this was the best that was available. The hotel is just out of the city and has separate veg and non veg restaurants. We were allotted the last room available. In the month of Shravan as jain pilgrims visit Humcha this is a convenient stop for them so the rush. The cleanliness and atmosphere is average and the tariff is also cheap. There is ample space for vehicle parking. Room Tip: Better to do advance booking if you are traveling in the month of Shravan. If with family try to avoid dormitories and prefer main building.
