I visited Digha, West Bengal and stayed in Hotel Wilco in the month of January, 2015 with Family. The Location of the hotel was very good. The appearance of the hotel was good. There was no delay during check in and check out. Services of the hotel staffs were very good. The food was good. Rooms are very good. All basic amenities were available including sofa, TV, mini fridge. In activities there is nothing in the hotel. West Bengal as in destination is very good. They should improve their food standard. I would like to recommend this hotel to all the other travellers.
During my visit to Digha I was staying one week in your hotel - and I loved it! This was my second time in Wilco, last time was few months after opening in 2008, so this time I already knew I was going to enjoy. The hotel is located ideally close to the ring with quick and easy access to downtown. The room and other areas of the hotel are comfortable, warm and there is a pleasant atmosphere. But above all I would like to mention your wonderful staff, all friendly, polite, helpful with any question, and do everything to give the guests good feeling. I had the opportunity to know personally some of them: Ramu, Lora, Sajol, Laltu (I met a few more but unfortunately I do not know their names), and I want to thank each one of them for great service. I believe that next time I am in Digha we shall meet again.
This is a best hotel in Digha. The internal and external view in this hotel is awesome like heaven. The hotel location is very good, the distance between Kolkata Town and Digha is 186 km, bus are available all time. Staff are helpful and very good behavior, beach is near to this hotel and service is excellent.
Visited this hotel last year. Location of hotel is good near to New Digha Beach. Staff and manager are well-behaved. Facility provided are also good like room servicing, folding etc. It is costly than the other hotels of same type. It's an average hotel to stay. Rooms are OK. Hotel is good in cleanliness.
Interior and exterior are not that attractive. Average hotel to stay. Cost is slightly more than the same type of hotels around there. Hotel is slightly far from the beach. But the manager/staff are helpful, polite and very nice host. The foods are delicious there Quality, quantity, taste was superb.
It is a overpriced hotel located near New Digha Beach. All the modern facilities are available to you. The staff are well-dressed and behaved. But I must admit that it is overpriced. The allowance is really good and I was pretty happy for the last visit. Rooms are spacious and well-decorated.
Stayed in Wilco from 26th march to 28th march, 2015. I think this is one of the best hotel in Digha. The location is just too good. No rooms are sea facing but this hotel is nearest to the beach. Resort staff is very courteous & helpful though they need to improve their room service. They have four types of rooms. Food price was very expensive, but lot of dining options available just outside the hotel.
If you want to stay in a simple room without a pocket pinch then it's ideal. Just walk from Digha railway station, it'll take 5 minutes. Rooms are average having hot/cold water, TV, AC. Good food, service, shuttle, rooms clean. Amenities in room include AC, geyser, fridge. There's a balcony as well for spending idle time. Food at restaurant below or inside room. So it's a nice hotel. I really appreciate. Place was very good for picnic.
It was a great experience for me to stay in this hotel, everything was nice, but one little problem I faced that bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly & one of water tab was not proper, it continuously dripping the water, I cant tolerate wastage of water, otherwise everything was very good, food was superb.
If you want to stay in a simple room without a pocket pinch then it's ideal. Just walk from Digha railway station, it will take 5 mins. Rooms are average having hot/ cold water, TV, a/c. Beds are comfortable. Very close to the beach. We stayed there for two nights and didn't face much problems. Staff are decent. Front office staffs need to improve their behaviour though. Good place to stay if you want to go with friends.

Its a good hotel within budget near the Digha flagship railway station , in New digha. Its distance is roughly 5 minutes from the railway station and it is located on the main road itself. Udaypur Sea Beach is 10 minutes driving distance from the hotel. Lift was not working during our stay and we found it difficult to climb the staircases for our 2nd floor room. Our room was large with attached balcony . A freezer was there but it was not working properly . Room service was average and they took always long time to bring the foods in room . Wi-Fi was only worked at reception. Restaurant was medium in size but they served good food items. Overall nice stay away from the beach.
Hotel is located in new digha, has ample parking facilities. Room was well kept it has ac,television, internal phone, hot water facilities.Service was good, staff were well trained. Food in the In house restaurant was very good
