Hotel is around 2 KM from Ooty Bus Station. Autorickshaws take Rs. 40 from Ooty Bus Station to this Hotel. It is the best located hotel as far as the lake view is concerned. Exactly opposite to Ooty Lake. We had booked Super Deluxe room. But I was not satisfied rather was not convinced that it was really a super deluxe room. Mini Suite is the cheapest room available in Hotel. And as per hotel manager and receptionist only Mini Suite has got bath tubs and none other room. It was really unbelievable. When I asked them to show Mini Suite they were not able to show me for 3 days. Still looking at cleanliness of room and lake view I decided to stay in soooooo called Super Deluxe room. Apart from that there is lot of noise in the early morning. I think it is of central water heater they have. It is very annoying. Hotel food is ok. Bit oily. Overall it was ok.

Best Experience: Enjoyed the lake view. Food was ok. Nothing much to say for this hotel.

Worst Experience: Very poor management. They argue unnecessarily. Do not listen to your complaints.

The overall stay at the hotel was perfect. Although the rooms were bit unorganized the cupboards were unpolished. Food was excellent. The service was also OK. I am satisfied with my stay there. Here and there i had to so some adjustments but it was OK.

Best Experience: Food was really great.

Worst Experience: nOTHING AS SUCH.

I had stayed at this hotel just because it is close to the site I visit. The hotel is very small. It doesn\'t even have a restaurant, the service concept they don\'t have only also the rooms are just manageable after making frequent request. I would have never stayed at this hotel if it was not near to the site. Also it is far form the main town so no easy access to other restaurants in the town for food. Staying at this hotel in itself is an adventure.

Worst Experience: Would never visit this hotel again.

The stay at the hotel was good.Location was fantastic. The rooms are nicely maintained and the staff is very helpful. But the only concern was the food , it was not up to the mark. Surely they need to work on it. Otherwise the stay as nice.

Worst Experience: The food was not up to the mark .Their were no varieties offered and it was very costly.So believe they should work up in this area.

The stay at the hotel was good enough. It is a well maintained one with polite staff and good food.The location of the hotel is excellent.

Worst Experience: Wished that the service was bit quick.
