Strawberry Park Hotel Reviews

Hotel strawberry park is in kodaikanal.the hotel is nearer to The kodai bus stand.the room cost rs. 650/- per night. There was hot water for 24 hours with in built geyser.there was no carpet.the hotel lobby is excellent.overall value for money.

We stayed in this hotel from 21st May 2011 to 22nd May 2011. Its not worth for the price you pay. They charged 1800 per day for which you can get a better deal. As we did this as a unplanned trip, we had to take this room.

Best Experience: The only plus point about this hotel is that it is very near to the busstand and lake and of course restaurants.

Worst Experience: Rooms were stinking, no geyser. They offer running hot water from boiler between 6 am and 12 am. In mornings the hotel is out of water supply which is a drawback. The water tanker arrives by 7 30 and before the water can reach the boiler and we get hot water, the electric supply goes off. Very bad experience.

kodai is a splendid destination. Beautiful is not enuf for it. Very very green and very very cool. You need to visit it to get a feel of natural forests still well maintained. I am very very happy to have been to Kodai and I plan to visit it atleast once more.

Best Experience: Strawberry park is a very mediocare hotel. I booked it for a cheap stay. Not dissaopinted. For rs. 600 a night what more would you want. The room had a decent view. Bathroom was clean. If you are looking for a room just to stay this is a decent place, dont expect anything more. For food i would recommened a restaurant called TAWA, amazing food there. also we booked 2 tours for local sight seeing. Book the one where there is a guide called SULTAN who takes you around. He made our tour worth with good insights and good knowledge.

Worst Experience: dont interact much, dont expect much.
