Shop in the Bazaars in Jaipur specially opposite and around Hawa Mahal. Do bargain while shopping. Don't shop from stores suggested by your chauffeur/driver or tour guides. To check around before splurging. Keep at least one day for shopping. BEWARE: Dont shop from 'Rajasthani Nagra Shoe Factory' in 13, Jagdish Colony, Amber Road (on the way to Gatore). This is shop who cheats shopper black and blue. They sold me Jutis for Rs.500 a pair which I got in Rs.200 in the city bazaar (exact same pair including design and quallity) and in Rs.250 in Kolkata, my home city. They don't allow bargaining and offers cold drinks instead, but beware they will take you for a ride.

By Air Jaipur Airport at a distance of around 11 km from the city center is the main air gateway to Jaipur. There are direct flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Aurangabad, and some other cities from Jaipur. City is connected to most of the tourist destinations in Rajasthan as well as Agra. Jaipur is part of the Golden Travel Circuit of India that includes Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Most of the tours are conducted either through the buses or trains. Local Transport Taxis and autos are the most convenient ways of moving inside the city as well as to reach some of the excursions located in the proximity. To move inside the city, you can also look for cycle rickshaws, which are easily available and much cheaper than other transportation mod.

Very well connected by road, rail or air, Jaipur is 238 kms from Delhi. Luxury buses ply to and from Jaipur every 2 hours. But for rail or air travel, do get your tickets booked well in advance.

by air and train all major cities are accessible. taxis are available via delhi if u include delhi on the list. check weather before going. reach before late night.
