Even though y'all have window seats, your staff always says there's none available and then give the last row seats or other middle seats. The flight then has a few window seats free when we take off. It's highly ridiculous to lie to your customers like that just so they get fed up and pay for window seat next time. It's absolutely horrible service.
Hi, This time really a very pathetic service from indigo airlines, We faced a serious concern in check in process, Our travels delayed due to accident between way, & we reached at check in counter @4. 00AM, 2-3 mins delay in queue outside & 2-3 mins delay while talking to your representatives from front desk. They just asked us that we cannot give you check while recording time of 4. 04 AM after 2-3 mins waste in discussion. We were near about 10-12 people faced this issue. Even one lady were busy exchanging bags materials during check in, Indigo staff has refused her even she reached on time Asked Duty manager about to help us, he never answered & remain his EGO on his face & refused for check in. One of Colleague have missed his life's important Interview. Just I want to ask if there is closing time during check in, why there is no any staff in queue for making announcement urgency for Pune flight All of them remain seated on their hotseats & no one cares that if someone's flight is missing, someone from them have to guide people in queue about quick check in. This all are really hurts all of us, your staff is seems like working in government agency including duty manager mainly. Why you people don't understand someone's urgency This things doesn't happened in Other airlines anytime as their staff are highly helpful in nature. They have not even ready to move us from another flight with adjusting to next flight. Hope you will do the necessary action on this & initiate refund or aplogy.
Bad service by SpiceJet. Flight was delayed and no announcement was made and nobody from spicejet team even bothered to let us know what was going on. They actually, changed the gate on us without them letting us know. It was a chaotic situation and bad job on handling situation. My wife had same issues when SpiceJet 4 days ago when she took same flight from AMD to PNQ. Flight was delayed by 6 hours and nobody provided any notifications. All and all, bad management, inconsistent flight schedule and bad taste in mouth. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
I would rate them low on following counts, restricting my experience to this particular flight :- 1) after making boarding announcements, people were made to wait in queue for at least 30 mins. 2) The Reconditioning was not switched ON till the aircraft was air borne. This was really ridiculous.
