By air (45 min from Dlh), train (approx 5-6 hrs to Dune or Rishikesh) and road approx 8-9 hrs from dlh, 2 hrs from Dune and Rishikesh and 1hour from Mussoorie.

From Delhi, one can go upto Dehradun in train, bus etc. From Dehradun one can hire a taxi to Kanatal. Cost of one way during peak season is Rs. 1800-1900. My suggestion would be to hire a taxi from Dehradun and keep it for 2 days. Stay for one night at Kanatal and drive down to Mussoorie next day after visiting eco park and Sarkanda devi at Dhanaulti. Stay in Mussoorie for the night and go for Kempty fall and shopping on mall road etc next day.
