Excellent trip due to good service and punctuality. Good service and smooth driving also . Awesome experience it is very good bus, neat and clean. At night there was silence. Food items are easily available. Overall, experience for Goa is if you want to spend a good trip you can come to Goa by SRS travels.
They started late and reached late never take bus if you are going to Goa from Bangalore, they will delay like hell. Especially not Seabird Travels from Bangalore. Bus was scheduled to depart at 9.30 but left at 11 it was supposed to reach at 9 but reached at 12. Almost half of my day went waste reaching Goa.
I went for a road trip to Goa from Bangalore. It was very nice and it stopped at a good hotel for food at night and the food was also very nice and there was no disturbance from the driver. He was also very good and he helped us in many ways. My sister vomited in the car at night then the driver helped us to clean that and gave bottle of water for her and she cleaned her face and we started the journey again. Then, we started the journey again and finally we reached our resort. The resort was near the beach and it was a nice journey. Next time also, I will book the car from the same agency.
Train journey offers beautiful views and the trains was in excellent condition. Everything was clean and green. There was no disturbance and I felt complete privacy. Travellers were very friendly and refreshment stall in all stations were welcoming. Would again choose the same train for my next travel.
I travelled using Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) multiple times on various routes. Most of the time experience was quite good with a couple of bad experiences. It is a bit late few times but over all quality is good. One of the best services available starting from Bangalore with reasonable price. Some bad experiences like when my wife travelled alone, she had to pay extra money for luggage (there was only one bag).
