Indigo made us wait in separate queues depending on our seat number, we irrespective got into the same bus to mix and segregated again before entering our flight. The bus guy waited 10 mins before we boarded the flight since he went before the plane had debated. What is the point of someone first standing in 3 separate queues only to mix again in the bus and then stand depending on 2 separate queues? Its illogical, stupid and not thought about and something that only adds to the confusion
Food was horrible my whole family got dysentery, flight was delayed by 2 hours also. I tried to cancel the pre booked food since flight was delayed but call center team refused to cancel. And my family had taken flight food and even my children had to go in washroom next day in school 3 to 4 time. I suggest no one to pre book food in any flight.
My first experience with Airasia is the worst impression I have felt with any airlines. I have been travelling in flights from when I was born and never have I encountered such a thing. My bag got left behind in Bangalore. The Airasia service seems to be so irresponsible that they didn't even inform us. We have to wait for the next flight to arrive from Bangalore just for my luggage and I have to travel to Abu Dhabi tomorrow early morning. Still waiting in the airport not even knowing whether the bag will arrive since the Airasia customer service officials didn't even give us any written confirmation. All our plans have to be rescheduled now, such an inconvenience. What if I had a connecting flight ??
I was very disappointed with your services at the airport .. A power bank after screening was not brought to my notice Until boarding and not before .. I lost 4, 000 bucks, Mayb this is your way of extracting money .. I play my match at the world badminton championships at coChin ..
