My son age: 14 yrs travelled alone. At the time of booking he is booked under adult category. While when he check-in at the airport he is not accepted until I fill a form at the airline office on airport just because he is less then 16yrs. If this is a mandatory requirement why this was not mentioned at the time of booking? Likely I was still at the airport waiting and so he could call from inside and ask me to fill this immediately.
That was my trip through flight never expect such awful journey in my life. For left over thing on airport you people required lots of processor which impact on passenger life. Very drastic experience I have with you I hope I will not suffer with you again .
I reached at boarding counter at 9:28 PM but the person sit ted at the counter told me that I am not allowed as the boarding is closed, all the paper work is done. I requested him and said that I was stuck in traffic near Herbal Circle of Bangalore which is known to everyone. I requested him many times but he said no . He told me to go and search for another flight ticket booking. I kept on requesting and waited there. That person kept me waiting and around 9:50 PM he issued me the boarding pass and told me run fast very rudely . His behavior was so rude that no can expect from Go Air. I was really shocked . When I entered in flight then found that very few people were there and many are still coming. In future I will surely avoid Go Air . PNR No- V8DIVJ
Poor service. Was checking in before 45 mins, and they ignored all people in queue waiting for check in and took only those whom they could complete before 45 mins. I had to book another flight on time whose price was huge.
The air conditioning was off. We were in the flight for 40mins before take off .. The whole flight was feeling terribly stuffy and we heard that the cooling will be fine after. Take off my brother had a small baby who was sweating from head. To toe and crying miserably . . Maybe you should change your flight rates if that is the case. Terrible experience.
