Am Platinum card member with Jet airlines but writing my first review. It's a wonderful flying experience on Jet Airlines The boarding experience is professional The seats are comfortable and clean. The food & beverage on flight is outstanding The crew are experienced to handling passengers.
Travel experience by flight is quite good, flight was on time as well as they provided good services and journey was comfortable. Check-in process was hassle free. Bangalore airport has lot of outlet but at gate 5 - they have only one food outlet and no ATM service also. Delhi is a very great place to visit.
Of course, you find hassle free service with the flight attendants which includes punctuality in timing regarding take off and grounding in the airports. Every flight you find quiet clean but here the seating arrangement is comfortable and you can sit conveniently and have pleasant flying experience. While boarding in the Bangalore airport certainly we can tell it is an international level quality in all aspects. The cost is affordable by the travelers but the cost of one plain tea inside the flight is Rs 100. That too, we our self should mix the tea. In total, you will be happy about their service.
Currently in India, it is best airline to travel with Bangalore airport is now bit in changing condition the delhi D1 is largest airport in India in boarding process is quite cosy in India. The best way to eat in airport lounge. I am frequently travel with Indigo.
Wifi services in Bangalore airport was good. But in Air India flight tv was installed but was not working. Taxis were easily available. Best way to kill time is using internet. Shops and cafe were there. Connectivity was good. Cabin crew persons were nice, they attended very well and listen to each and everyone. Food offered was not sufficient, quantity was bit less.
