They charged me unnecessarily for my luggage and I had to pay for 8 KG at counter. The staff was not polite too and was quite rude in the way she discussed about all situation. I wonder how such people get hired in such profession where words are so important. She was talking as if she does not care about customer. All she wanted was the money for 8 KG and cheat customer as I was in hurry to catch my flight . I had 15 kG of checked in baggage and 8 KG carry on plus a laptop with me. But she said I can only carry laptop with me and she charged me 2400 for my carry on bag and she checked-in that one forcibly. I was forced to pay money and she said I can do complaints later on. The unprofessionalism cannot be explained.
