It was relay good for all of us that we reach on time, actually our mother pass away and we all need to reach ASAP for rituals. Thanks to all member who were working for Go-Air as well as for Bangalore and Patna Airport.
Boarded the flight for Patna but due to poor visibility at Patna Airport, it got delayed and landed 5 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The expected arrival time was 11:45 am but arrived around 4:30. Since the flight got delayed for what so ever reason, the passengers should have been provided with lunch or snacks. After all its all about customer satisfaction and I feel none of the passengers along me was satisfied with this approach. There are many airlines in the market and customer chooses one over another because of its past experience with the airline. I am completely disappointed with this. Hope it doesn’t repeat again. Good luck
We have bad experience with check-in staff at Kolkata earlier and found again similar issue at Bangalore. At Kolkota they asked to make 5kg and 9kg bag as 7kg each. Initially they agreed to take a hand bag with check-in as we requested because we had baby with us so they asked to make it 7kg each. Later they denied started and we said it was agreed then they start asking money for that. This time we have one 2+ year kid and My wife is pregnant and one senior citizen so my wife requested to take a handbag with check-in but they denied to help and later asked to pay charge to take handbag as check-in. I have need seen this with any other airlines. Most of airlines happy to reduce bags in passenger area and offer such help when kid/pregnant lady/senior citizen is travelling. I feel staff are trained to fetch money than help.
My bag was soiled and when I asked for complain book staff at Patna airport denied and after a long waiting and multiple insistence the provided the complaint book. At Bangalore airport also luggage were mishandled.
