First time we had trip with Spice jet and this would be last time also. Experience is too bad. If you have less than rating, I would love to give that. At the time of check in, the assistant misbehaved with my father. Please teach them how to behave with senior citizen. Second thing, I got lot of calls regarding "Extra Leg space" deal. And we need to pay 1000 bucks, that is SHIT. We don't expect any premium service from you but at least you should give basic comfort. We are human being not animals that we adjust at any space. Third, we can't believe on your timing, my flight was at 2:15 pm, then it postponed to 2:45 pm and when we about to leave for airport I got message that it again postponed to 4:30 pm. Please respect other people's time.
Flight was delayed for 4 hours without any valid reason. SpiceJet is one of the worst airline operator. I will never fly with SpiceJet in future also I will not suggest anyone to book tickets in SpiceJet.
The flight had been rescheduled multiple times with no clarity if the flight will take off or not. Finally the flight took off with a delay of 6 hours after a big escalation from all the passengers travelling on the flight. NO Food provided during this waiting period for more than 6 hours. Highly unprofessional !!
