The flight was allowed to board when I had missed by 2 min and that too because of long queue at their counter they should have some direct or separate counters for check-in and they should consider when a person is just 2 min late and there is 45 min pending for take-off and person should be courteous while answering and if missed they should assist in diff flight by giving some discount if possible
Flight was delayed and they have not informed there is change in gate number. And there is only 1 kg excess in my baggage but they have charged additional charges for that Overall poor experience with AirAsia Staff behavior and hospitality is good
