I had a early morning flight and wanted to check in earlier around 12 midnight but no one was available to give the boarding pass and the web checking site was full of error so I had to wait outside lobby and could not go to shop inside airport as I planned earlier but at the same time other airlines were allowing to go ahead with security and inside airport area. It added lots of inconvenience to me and my friends
Flight was delayed by 3 hours. Even though it was raining, passengers were made to board the flight by getting wet. No aero bridge services availed. Bus used to transfer passengers from terminal to aircraft were leaking heavily from inside. Lastly the luggage was left in open area uncovered during rain. All items inside the bag were totally wet.
Very bad experience. I had a business meeting in Mumbai so had a connecting flight from Pune to Mumbai after my flight to. MMT told me that if I take the insurance I will have benefits like, if flight delayed or cancelled I will have a different flight scheduled or a claim of about 10k. My flight was delayed and when called MMT they said no alternate flights available nor was they ready to give me any claim as they mentioned and not even a refund of the money Inpaid for flight. I had to cancel my meeting. I had to cancel my connecting flight from Pune to BOM bearing a huge loss. Very bad. MMT was not at all reliable when required. Lost faith over them
GoAir flights are mostly delayed. This flight was not an exception. It was scheduled for 11. 30pm but actually started at 12. 30am. The seats were pushing back automatically and were dirty. The ground staff at Boarding point was arrogant when I asked him why there is a delay.
