Pench lies in the Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh. Air:Sonegaon Airport in Nagpur is around 92kms from Pench. Nagpur is well connected to the rest of India, especially so from Mumbai and Delhi. Jabalpur, 192kms from Pench is another option which is very well connected from Delhi. Rail:The nearest railway station is Seoni, 30kms from the Park and is on the Chhindwara-Jabalpur line, with regular trains coming in from and going to Mumbai.Ramtek is also an option on the railway line. Rickshaws are usually available from the station though it is best to arrange to be driven to your hotel, better yet to inform your hotel to provide the conveyance. Another more accessible option is Nagpur, which is 80 kms from the park, but has more trains stopping by. Road:Once again, Seoni bus stand is the closest to Pench. Seoni is very well connected by road, and hence bus, within Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Nagpur is also an option, and the better connected of the two.

From Pune we travelled to Nagpur by Neeta Sleeper coach. The travel was comfortable except for the eating breaks... the hotel selection was worst! And also for the delay in reaching Nagpur, it overshot by 2 hours. Further, we had a car at our disposal from Nagpur to Pench and back.
