I had booked in flight meals. In flight, when the meals were being served, I was skipped. I asked for my meals the air hostess said, sorry sir and went back to check. After about five minutes I again requested her for my meal and then I was informed "Sorry sir meals are finished". I was categorically not served meals. On taking up the matter with spice jet and make my trip (ticket and meals were booked through make my trip), I was informed that after checking with the crew, the crew has informed that the meal was served to the passenger . Spice jet has no method or procedure to ensure that their crew actually behave and customers are served. This is a very sad state of affairs as the customer in these kinds of cases will always be at the receiving end. So disappointed. Meal not served. Complain. They tell you that you were served. And you feel like a **** fool. Angry and disappointed.
One of the worst and horrific customer service. When the check in lady was about to give me a boarding pass. Air India manager rejected to give my boarding pass because I was late by 10 mins from the close of check-in time. I was there at 8:15, and my departure flight was at 9:05pm.
