While check in- supervisor, was absolutely curt, no courtesy and no humanitarian grounds . My check in baggage was 11 kg and requested for either hand baggage/ if cabin baggae-a priority check in, to connect my train, hardly had 1 hr to catch after arrival at Delhi . She was just not bothered and refused, and I had to miss my train as anticipated, becauue of no help rendered. By that lady supervisor, absolutely zero courtesy
On boarding first was told gate no. 2 then changed to 5. They read out seat numbers batch by batch boarding, but still all of us was made to wait in a queue before getting into the flight . Aircraft was cramped, leg space is very poor. Looks over crowded. Over dumped luggages
I have traveled in both Domestic and International destinations both in economy and business class. The experience in Vistara was very pleasant. The flight attendants were courteous and helpful to passengers better than many large airlines. Only suggestion is to provide paper napkins with hot beverages and snakes servings. I will for sure use Vistara whenever I will visit in India in future.
I didn't know that the last seat could not be reclined. It were extremely painful 3 hrs sitting at the corner watching everyone else sleep while all I could do was sidewise twists and turns . At a personal level, I'll never commit this mistake again. I can't compromise on comfort in the name of a window seat . But, if possible, please look into the ergonomics of the last row as it can be a really terrible experience for first time fliers, I'm a regular Indigo traveller so I won't crib much.
