Totally irresponsible behavior by staff .. On a diverted flight, no one is there to answer any of our questions for 6 hours at Goa airport. No food, water or no place to sit also at airport. None responsible spicejet person was there to take decision. They have send their ground staff who don't have any right to take decision. Worst experience ever in my life.
They prepone a early morning flight just 9 houts and does not even have the decency to intimate the passenger through a call or sms. And doesn't even care to make alternative flight arrangements for the passenger either. Worst airline experience ever ...

Flt timings suited me, the fare also was a factor. There were a couple of unpleasant surprises though. First was being charged for a hard copy of the ticket.
Secondly the food supplied was a joke on passengers. I cannot comment on the various other options but the Jain food that I was given was not even bird feed and frankly I felt offended by both the quality and quantity.
In Mumbai the walk from exit or entry point to the ordinating gate is a long, really long one. Something can be done about it I'm sure.
