Flt timings suited me, the fare also was a factor. There were a couple of unpleasant surprises though. First was being charged for a hard copy of the ticket.
Secondly the food supplied was a joke on passengers. I cannot comment on the various other options but the Jain food that I was given was not even bird feed and frankly I felt offended by both the quality and quantity.
In Mumbai the walk from exit or entry point to the ordinating gate is a long, really long one. Something can be done about it I'm sure.
Jet ensures that the flight is always on time and gives good Jain food in the flight. I like to travel by jet as it provides Jain food and make the flight more comfortable. It stands out from other carrier. Now a days the fares are similar to other flight, but they still provide food with the same cost.
Air India is very useful Airline to business man. Because of high Mileage bonus from overseas customer. And easily earn the mileage to use upgrade redeem bonus. Chennai Airport is not comfortable for me in my experience. I couldn't find any good Asian food menu there.
I have travelled for the first time to Mumbai and I really loved the entire journey. Experience was just fantastic. At the Airport, it was good time browsing the internet in WiFi service. The Airline is really good and their service too.
Journey is very good and most best thing is that service is very good. Food is also good and the flight follow the time scheduled. No much waiting for boarding. Service is very quick and discipline. Flight arrived in scheduled time. So over all journey is very good. Thanks to Jet Airways.
