I am a regular user of KPN and using the services of KPN for the last 8 months and through KPN I have been to Pondicherry, Chennai, Trichy, Madurai and specially I want to highlight my travel with KPN to Puducherry, which was best among all the travels.
I never seen such a helpful front office guy and they are ready and will come with you even at any given point of time.
Room service was awesome and they deliver the food items very promptly. Bus was very much comfortable.
I went to Pondicherry from Chennai on a three day holiday. Since I did not want to return same day I was looking for a one way drop taxi service. Got this service called Droptaxi who charge only one way fare. Found them to be convenient and economical. Normal taxis would have charged me up and down kilometers even for a drop trip. Recommend this to my fellow travellers.
Its better to travel by car either own or rental as it gives you the convenience of going around the place as per your wish. A small tip : One can fill full tank petrol/diesel at Pondicherry as the rate is little less than Chennai. Car travel can also five you the opportunity to visit sightseeing places on the way like boating at Muthukadu, Crocadile Bank. Etc.
Nice to travel in this bus and its really comfortable this time. Can improve bus driving time. Only problem is the time duration of the travel. Seats are good and easy to travel. It's happy to travel and if they provide water bottle then it will be better.
The ECR road is yet to be completed for the renewed version. Once the road layout is completed the road express will be one of the best, expecting the plans to get completed soon. At present the road conditions are just average and the time taken to travel in the route is a little longer and boring!
