The flight ticket is between Coimbatore and Nagpur. But the ch eked baggage was booked up to Bangalore only. I took lot of pain to collect baggage at Bangalore airport, wait for five hours to recheck the baggage to Nagpur in airasia. Make my trip should ensure hereafter for direct booking for baggage and avoid re booking in transit point in domestic services. If this is not possible atleast it should be mentioned while booking.
They didn't served me the in-flight meal as promised. Such an act of cheating, though others were offered. This is height of discrimination and partiality. Kindly refund the amount for this cruel act against a passenger.
The flight was considerably delayed and caused a lot of inconvenience. Also there is no option to cancel without penalty once the flight is booked, so passengers are forced to fly Indigo whether they like it or not. These are very negative factors and not conducive for passengers to fly Indigo if there are other options.
The flight got delayed by 3 hrs but they informed us when we had already come to the airport at 11 am. Then we were forced to book another flight whose price was double of what we had booked and the manager of spicejet was reluctant to pay the extra charges as well as kept saying this is very common and they cannot help. He was so unapologetic in spite of it being a fault from their side. Then they made us book through Jet airways and then again the flight got delayed. Why should I choose to fly when I could have easily reached Bangalore much earlier through road ??
