The flight experience was pretty decent and good. My only suggestion would be to serve the passengers complimentary meals or snacks. Since I took the afternoon flight, I thought like the Jet airways there would be lunch but there wasn't any. Your new scheme of airplane restaurant where v have to choose from the menus and order food and pay for it is a tad bit too much. Since you are taking more than enough money for the seats the least you could do is provide us complimentary meals/food or atlas a snack!
Let me start of by talking about the pathetic seating, economy class cannot be seated as TUK-TUK ride. No shoulder room, small hand rest which cannot be shared only suitable for one, No leg room(I'm a average Indian height-5. 10), Meal was not packed properly and had to throw it away since it was too cold to eat. Some other person takes over your luggage spot and air-hostess are least bothered about it. I had to literally squeeze through to drop my bag somewhere else.
Overall good. Got confused with the flight time. 2. 45 on 8th. We thought it was 2. 45 in the afternoon. Hence we missed the flight. Had to rebook with the evening 6. 30 flight. Coimbatore to blangore to Pune
I travelled from Palghat to Coimbatore to board the flight, and at the check in counter I am told that the flight is delayed by 4 hours. I was not informed by the airline nor by makemytrip. Com. Please communicate to passengers of delays.
Traveled by Air India after a long time. The experience was great. The only issue that we faced was that as this was a code share flight, there was no web check in or tele check in facility. We in fact got delayed going to the Bangalore international airport on the 10th due to unexpected traffic owing to Tipu Sultan Jayanthi celebrations. We called Air India staff in the airport and informed them that we were running late and if they could help us in any way. When we reached the check in counter, we were delighted to note that our boarding passes had already been issued and kept ready. We felt so good! One suggestion that I would like to give is that if web check is not possible, at least tele-check in facility should be allowed for code share flights. Thanks. Jayashree Jayanth
