Check in process was taken for granted. Also I was told to get a complimentary trip from t3 to t1 ... But I swas charged for it although I had shown my ticket. I also had to wait 2 hrs for bus. Staff of spice jet were busy in other works. Flight was a bit late. Airport was full of rush. Flight was totally packed with passengers. Baggage was not handled properly. I felt like I was travelling in a normal bus. AC was also not working properly. Only one benefit was that I reached Ahmedabad from Delhi in 1:30 mins.
Jet doesn't provide meal rather than cheap quality snaks only. Yesterday 30th Sept. Flight no. 9W 7068 del-amd was late 1 hrs. And Provided in flight snaks is cheaper then Street food. Even Street foods taste is much better at least we can enjoy food.
In boarding pass they have mentioned gate no. A1-10. We were waiting at gate-10, up to 1600hrs, when I checked with airport staff they informed your flight will depart from gate 19. The airline never made any announcement regarding change in flight gate number neither therwas any display showing flight schedules. As I was travelling with an infant and an old aged, it was very trobulesome for me to move from gate 10 to gate 19 before I got car asistance at terminal 3 at IGI.
First flight of my life and it was memorable, thanks to Vistara. Flight was on time, attendants were polite, expressive, helpful and had a smile at the face all time. Food was OK type and there was lack of good newspapers like business standard, economic times and the hindu, which I recommended vistara should keep.
Ahmedabad is located at a distance of 915 km from Delhi. Ahmedabad, also called the 'Manchester of the East', is well-connected to Delhi by road, air and railways.
However, the best way to reach from Delhi to Ahmedabad is by air. A direct flight from Delhi can take you to Ahmedabad in little less than 1 hour 30 minutes. Almost all airlines like Indigo, Jetlite, Kingfisher and SpiceJet have flights operating between Delhi and Ahmedabad.
