Very good experience it takes 3 hrs to reach Bharatpur Junction. Seats are in good condition. Toilets are clean. Food was hygenic. The route had a great view of fields, villages, farmers watering there fields. Farmers herding threre cows buffalos. I like Mathura tea.

Took the Agra Express way till Mathura which was amazing. Then cut right across Mathura which may be challenging at times and then crossed the Delhi Agra NH-2 onto the road to Bharatpur. This took longer than expected due to construction of a rail over-bridge and the alternate route is quite challenging via a dirt road underpass till one reaches the main Bharatpur market roads.

We followed the traditional route of going Via Faridabad and Mathura. We had to take that root as Yamuna Expressway was not built and inaugurated by then. My suggestions would be to go via Yamuna Expressway till Agra and then come back to Bharatpur. The road between Mathura and Bharatpur is very bad and may take you hours to cross due to bad road and traffic. The road from Agra to Bharatpur is fantastic 6 lane road. One must take this route.
