It's always good to go somewhere with your own car, you can watch as many things as you want and can stay at any place. I visited some restaurants on the way. Food quality was very good. Some local sightseeing was very good and some places on the way was very good.

The road leading to Jaipur in under construction, with lots of flyovers on intersections and have heavy traffic the whole day. One need to start early as it a 5 hours drive with minimum stoppages. One must visit Amber Fort in route to Jaipur. Driving with being little alert is advised as road has lots of intersection before Neemrana.
