The mountain view by plane of Himalayan Glaciers is excellent. Its like the same in Veer Zara movie. Must go by plane. The hospitality was excellent but the checking on the Airport at Srinagar during return is very strict.
The flight was decent and it was surely the low cost airline in which I travelled but then also it was nice. It was clean, well-managed, airhostess as well as air-persons were quite good in the way they were talking. The flight was on time and was comfortable too.
IndiGo is a nice airline as it is very punctual. Aircraft is new and seats are very comfortable. Even the interiors are very clean; there is ample of leg space too.
On that day the tickets were available at cheapest rates and the timings were convenient. Airport experience at Jammu is generally tedious and tiring. Numerous checks and security hurdles dampen your spirits. But once checked in and luggage identification done, you can relax. Enough seating place is available. Cafe is small but serves very good snacks and tea/coffee. Taxis are easily available on call and are the best way to reach the airport. There's hardly any time for service and entertainment as it is 40 minutes flight.
