Nice experience though at the time of booking the tickets were not confirmed. I have to be on call with Customer Care Representative for almost 45 minutes before my problem resolved. It created unnecessary tension to me.

All thing's are good except food. It was very poor. My suggestion is that in India if travelling period is 2 to 3 hours then instead of multiple food just give only single food of good quality or only tea or coffee of best quality

Singapore Airlines has always been my preferred airlines however, I cannot say the same for Vistara. Thought the conglomerate between Tata and SIA is intended to improve the air travel quality and flying experience but sadly I did not experience anything like this in my journey from Delhi to Mumbai. I would like to say that Vistara shockingly does a lot of customer disparity when it comes to in-flight service for Economy, Premium Economy and Business. I was seated at the first row of the economy seats near the window and hardly had enough space to even straighten my lesbian 6ft tall) also I would see that the premium economy passengers had a much better leg room which I am aware would have come at an additional cost but the economy leg room was no where sufficient for the standard of a good airlines. Also during the in-flight meal service the passengers at premium economy where offered juices/drinks and given refreshing towels whereas there was no such service for economy passengers. I am okay with this so long its a norm with all the airlines but strangely I have across this first time in any Indian airlines company. So why is Vistara having a so much disparity for two classes(though of the same segments) and treating the economy passengers with disdain and lesser interest. Is that only if one pays for fare significantly higher(although there fares are higher to jet, Air India) would then Vistara treat us fairly as compared to special economy or business. Isn't it unprofessional on their part to have such low standards for the customers who let them be in the airline business and compete with other airlines. Is the special economy having more customers travelling? Worst part after landing the air hostess was standing at the row separating the economy and premium economy and it seemed that she's shielding the two classes which infuriated me further as to whether they think the economy people do not have any standard or class. I felt quite disappointed with Vistara experience and vouch to not travel again unless they improve their behavior and.

Too much delay with already a late night flight . Ground staff clueless. Inside the flight too much of food variety to handle on the serving tray . Baggage was delayed too

First of all makemytrip app should be closed immediately . I have started booking flights from different App . On make my trip there is feature of auto save payment card detail and it catches OTP default from. Message section without manual input of OTP. No other flight App does this . After several complaints I get reason other app also has same features . But I am happy for booking with other app . I have lost big amount because this app . I will never suggest anyone makemytrip app.

Mumbai is located at a distance of 1157 from Delhi. Mumbai, also called the Financial Capital is well-connected to Delhi by air, rail and road. However, the best way to reach Mumbai from Delhi is by flight. The flight distance between the two cities is 1163 km and it takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to cover this distance. Almost all airlines like Indigo, SpiceJet, Jet lite and Air India have daily flights operating from Delhi to Mumbai
