The nearest airport is Bagdogra near siliguri and the nearest rail head is New JalpaiGuri 6 kms from Siliguri . From Siliguri you can hire a car or qualis or sumo and reach Pelling in 5 hrs. The road from Siliguri to Pelling is very steepy and narrow.Hence it is advisable to go by car/ qualis rather than by bus. Also bus services is not so frequent... once a day

Take a cab on hire to pelling if u r more than 7 and less than 10 , trip costs about Rs2500 to pelling from Njp.Or else u can take aauto rickshaw to SNT busstand and take the one and only bus to pelling Rs135 each , seats are good and comfortable journey too.
