I had a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 7th october morning6. 30 am. One day before I got call from airasia saying that its rescheduled to 7. 45 am which is OK and acceptable. We booked cab at 4 am and hotels booking done and arranged everything for journey. Just 6hours before our travel which was on7th morning 2am from airasia informing that flight again rescheduled to 11. 15am. Luckily we saw the message in that nightand it took me whole night to reach airasia team to confirm. Its their responsibility to inform and provide other options. We had to ask them to cancle and booked air india ticket for high price as I should be there in Hyderabad by 10am. The response from both airasia and makemytrip incompletely untolerable. My family worried a lot as single lady travelling with unconfirmed airindia ticket. I had to attend one important family function. My happiness completely spoiled with all this and became sick after going hyd due to lack of sleep. Please escalate my complaint.
I had an medical emergency and had to come airport to book the ticket on the fly, only to get shocked at the time of check-in that flight I'd delayed for 1. "5 hours. It nearly coasted life of family member .. Gosh !!
Staff was so inconsiderate to accommodate couple of extra kgs in check in, we were travelling with an infant and a couple of kgs extra should be considered. Atleast indigo has not made fuss about it till date. Wrong choice to fly air Asia with an infant
I travelled alone for the first time in my life .. I am 12 years old and have been travelling indigo with mom and dad since the age of 2. Thank you for the support and the escort ... You provided me at Hyderabad airport
