Excellent service Air Asia, best serivce received so far from any airlines. You guys just have great customer experience skills and can be a role model to others. Kudos to you, way to go !!! You guys are here to grow, a happy customer for life
Special mention about food. I had nachos with the dip which was yummy and packaged coconut water along with mango flavored yogurt, all for around 200 rupees that was great. Air Asia always has good variety of snacks for short haul flights and their rates are reasonable too.
The flight turbulence was very high. Either the pilot was not good or aircraft was not in good condition. The flight was shivering all the time after take off and started again before landing. It really scared me and I would like to avoid to experience this again
Handling of Baggage is very bad. My baggage is completely broken. After this journey my baggage wheels are no more, Handle was broken, Number lock has been removed. Due to this I gave written complaint in airport ground team as well. Now baggage can't be repairable, I need to purchase new one.
