I would like to give feedback for my flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 9th December at 2. 40pm. I was 5min late to reach the check-in counter and I thought AirAsia will not give me the boarding pass. But to my surprise the AirAsia staff helped me get the counter immediately and issued my boarding pass. They were very courteous and helpful. Big thank you to all of you guys !!
We weren't allowed to check in as we were late by 5 minutes and the delay was because of the barricades at the airport at the entrance and also at the Indigo counter. Though there was not any rush at the Indigo counters, barricades were still kept and by them time we presented our tickets, they did not allow us as we were late by 4-5 minutes which is completely unfair that too for a domestic flight.
Worst airline ever Was delayed by few hours Plane was patheitic condition All complained of engine rattling noise. Asked the server and they said we have to deal with the noise. Never going to take this pathetic airline again
Usually I have had a good experience with Jet Airways. However, this time we had too many issues. First of all our flight came very late for the check in and apparently our take off from Bangalore and landing at Hyderabad was delayed by over 20 minutes. When we went to collect our checked in baggag at the HYD airport, one of our luggage got misplaced and we had to wait almost 45 minuted to get it back!
