Started late night and reached morning by 9 Am. Got lot of city traffic in Bangalore though. Lot of good dhabas on the way but I usually carry food from home. Just had tea on the way.
Drive carefully during night as high beam from opposite direction will make you blind for few seconds apart from trucks without tail lights are very dangerous in front of your car. So be extra careful during night journey. Villagers do cross roads without fear, animals may come in front. Many such things to keep in mind.
Overall, experience is very good on NH7. Good roads and facilities.
I took Air Costa flight from Hyderabad to Bengaluru. It's a local south Indian company. But it was really a bad time. Flight delayed twice due to some technical issue in the Aircraft. We took off delayed by approx. 2 hours from Hyderabad. Otherwise flight was okay. But if I had an urgent visit to Bengaluru then it could be a tough time for me and other passengers as well. But pilots were well-trained. Take off and landing was very smooth. Big delay but anyways it was all safe.
Air India I choose because hassle free travel and good hospitality and on-time flight journey is a positive point and convenient to reach to my destination place and cost comparative with other private sector flight. Private sector flight is the worst in comparison to timing not maintaining. Service perspective wise Air India is very compatible. Food offered in flight was good and maintained neat, clean and hygienic.
VRL, A/C, I chose this because it was really safe travelling in it and punctual boarding point and destination too. Journey was absolutely effortless and very comfortable, had enough break for food and other things. Travellers can carry anything which is legal, avoid carrying illegal things.
Ideally Hyderabad to Bangalore would be a fairly expensive deal considering the cost of the flight plus the travel from the cities to the Airport. But got a deal and hence received the flights at a very cheap range. Else Hyderabad to Bangalore would be a better bet on a car (i.e. a road drive). The road is pretty cool and travel is smoother.
Flight being Air India, had inboard meals included and hence it was a comfortable journey for us.
