The pickup timings were spot on, contrary to the reviews on Redbus. The place where the bus stopped was decent enough. The ride was pretty smooth, but the drop off timings were not accurate. If possible, one can try Paulo for a better service. Last minute booking in this case can cost you 1.5 times extra.

Very difficult in Ghat roads and journey time is worse. You can opt for Volvo for Goa travelling. Bus is preferable than train. Train timings are uncomfortable. Better to fix the plan in season to enjoy more. Service is good in the bus.they wont provide any food and water bottles. More »

It gave us flexibility and we stopped at many places like Hampi, Mantralayam on the way. The roads around Bellary were horrible. Not many restaurants in the area. Many a times it was single roads. Car journey was not too comfortable, but we chose it for flexibility. More »

Kesineni travels was quite reliable and so we did not have second thoughts in going for it. As expected the bus was on time, and like every other travel these days, there is one small bus which carries all the passengers from different parts of the city to a central place (which happens to be in Gachibowli) where the actual bus is boarded.\r\n\r\nAs soon as we boarded we were informed of a not so good news, we would have to change the bus as soon as we arrive into Karnataka. One way it was good that they informed well in advance, but nevertheless it was quite an inconvenience. I am not sure if it was a short term measure or is it a regular feature of this travels.\r\n\r\nBus itself was quite convenient and the beds were quite clean and fresh. The A/V system was blurting out some songs which none could understand but was surprised that they provide wireless headphones for it.\r\n\r\nThe travel itself was smooth except at the places where the road itself was quite bad. It reached at the time when it was supposed to reach and so we were quite happy. More »

This was a fun trip to Goa with family and we had more fun than expected. It is something which can be expected in Goa irrespective of the age group or the interests of the tourist. It seems to offer all sorts of places and activities which one could imagine from a tourist destination.

Mode of Transport:Bus
Hi Friends, this was my 1st Holiday to Goa with some excitement and some nervousness. During monsoon season I got holiday on Monday so I made sudden plan to go Goa I got my leave approved on Thursday and Friday whereas on Saturday and Sunday I washaving week off and Monday holiday, as it was sudden plan no reservation of train was done and via flight it was out of budget. So I decided to go by bus. I booked via Red bus got 2 A/C sleepers online (VRL travel) the cost of ticket per head was 1250. We started from 6:30 from Attapur (Hyderabad) with good comforted sleepers. As I am not much habituated by bus journey I vomited 5-6 times while crossing Karnataka border though the window glass are compact so cannot vomit outside of window, the VRL bus staff provided me some poly bags to vomit. I got down at Ponda (Goa) from there I hired Taxi and went to Calangute beach there i found Nelmar Nest (homely atmosphere), and the Proprietor is Mr Edwin Desouza. Edwin is polite & humble by nature. He offered us room with all amenities such as AC , solar geysar, refrigerator with mineral water and bear and also bike on hire. The same day we got fresh up and went to Calangute beach, Baga Beach, Anjuna Beach Restaurant are near to Nelmar Nest such as Navtara , Dominos and many, next day I went to South Goa via Activa ,there I saw old Portuguese Church, Colva Beach and many more beaches, I also planned to go see Dudhsagar falls. But as it was monsoon season it was quite risky to go and at 6pm in evening I went Panjim, there I had Cruise ride gala dance, party- food, really enjoyed it! Next day I did some shopping and had Fenny ,sea food and drinks and came back to home via VRL travels. Friends I would like to add 1 more thing which is very important enjoy, ,have fun, drink but do not carry liquor because bus crosses 3 border one is Goa border, Karnataka border and Andhra Pradesh border were there strictly check. If any individual found with liquor then have to pay penalty. Wish you all Happy Journey ! More »
