The aircraft was very old and poorly maintained. The old aircraft had uncomfortable leg room and tacky interior which was soiled around edges. Jet screens didnít work and kept flickering. If it had been maintained well it would have been a great experience. Food was just OK nothing as compared to what was served previously.

While I appreciate the 'no frills, on time and in full concept of your airline there are things that I feel you can improvize to make it overall a better feeling. We get previlege points in other private airlines while travelling but your airlines doesn't. Which means the consistency is not rewarded in other words. Other important observation is your in flight magazine can be improved a lot to attract business travellers. It took me 5 min to check through your magazine and rest of the flight journey was rather boring. In other private airlines the in flight magazine is difficult to finish in an hour or two

Sir/Madam
Hi myself chandresh kamath here
Well I don't know where to start from but let me tell you that initially I had to book a ticket for my daughter(saesha kamath) who is of 9 months so booked it through your customer helpline number (indigo airlines)which was very helpful in getting me book the ticket and accordingly the same customer executive helped me check in as well and send me boarding passes on my email id
But when I came to Hyderabad airport for boarding my flight I had to take the copy of the boarding passes again which was very easy and convenient with your and no of self check in kiosks
Now when I had to check in my luggage bags the executive to whom I went told me that since I had booked the ticket on a lite fare I have to pay for the luggage, myself being a businessman just discussed in detail as in on what basis it is charged
I gave him all the id proofs of the passengers travelling which is
Chandrakanth kamath
Vidhya kamath
Chandrika kamath
Chandresh kamath
Saesha kamath
Now it is the duty of your executive to go through all the documents since he is trained and paid to do that .. Am I right ??
He asked me for the id proofs thrice and he is like "I WILL NOT ASK ID PROOFS YOU HAVE TO SHOW IT "
"PAY THE EXTRA LUGGAGE FARE FIRST AND THEN TALK"
NOW MY REPLY
I SAID WE ARE MUCH MORE SYSTEMATIC THAN WHAT YOU ARE. I SHOWED YOU THE ID PROOFS IF you haven't GONE THROUGH PROPERLY ITS NOT MY MISTAKE. AND IF ITS YOUR MISTAKE ITS BETTER you KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND GO ABOUT YOUR JOB
After all of this I dint feel the need to complain just because I dint want to spoil the mood of my family members
Now when we were about to board the flight there was an announcement that family travelling with a infant do not need to stand in the queue which is again a great initiative from you guys
But as the executive was scanning the boarding pass I could see a comment on the computer from the same harrowing executive who has written that customer was rude and abusive ... Unruly behaviour
This made me write the whole review
Details of the flight
Flight no 6e 231 Hyderabad to Mumbai 12/11/2017 - 19. 00-20. 40
Seat nos 27B/27C/28C/25E AND AN INFANT
I was charged 600 for the luggage which I paid through my citibank card ending with 9943
Well Indigo airlines do not ask for reviews from customer what I would say is the top level executives should travel once in a while without revealing their actual indigo identity and this will help them in analyzing what is the actual level of customer satisfaction
Now as regards my complaint I just want you to ask the executive the meaning of being abusive, just because he has been given a pc to work that doesn't mean he writes anything about the customer it is the executive that tries and instigates the customer and I have mentioned my words in capital
You can track the executive through the seat nos allotted or rather the luggage booking
Ask him for his reply
And I am waiting for your reply
Thanks
Regards
Chandresh Kamath

As this was my first JET AIRWAYS flying experience to Hyderabad.
The one thing I notice is that the food quality was very poor during my to and fro visit, but most surprising was the return journey.
During my return journey, the NON-VEG food was not available. The crew member told me that we have shortage of NON-VEG food.
Only the VEG food were served for 60 % of passengers.
Since it was returned journey from Hyderabad, the management should have keep the average food demanded by the passenger, they would have prefer for only NON-VEG food. I would suggest to stop giving the food service instead of getting disappointment for not getting NON-VEG food for everyone.

Staff needs to be more polite and attentive. Often are chatting away without attending to passenger convenience. Have travelled regularly with you guys and so can see the difference in service standards.
