Travelled from Hyderabad to Shiridi in Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus and it is a sleeper coach. Seat quality is good and food at halt place is ok. You can watch movies in the bus as TV is available. Staff are very good and no issues with them and helped me a lot. You can also request them to stop if you have to go for bathroom.
The journey was comfortable with comfortable seats and the bed sheets and pillow cover must be washed and kept clean for the next passenger but the bed sheets and pillow covers smelt. Over all the bus condition was average. Itís better if the driver or conductor suggests how to reach the temple and itís good if they reach before morning.
It was same as any other trains of Indian Railways with bare minimum facilities and comfort. It was comfortable but not luxurious. The train maintained its timings.
Disturbance was more as many passengers got down at Aurangabad and hence sleep got disturbed in this train. Only advantage is that its timing was good and hence if you are in hurry, you can visit Shirdi and come back on the same day.
Went by road from Hyderabad via Tembhumi and Ahmednagar was excellent road for few stretches and very bad for other stretches as the road was being expanded and re-laid. There were plenty of petrol pumps and food outlets on the way. Take a right after Solapur (about 100 km after Solapur) if you are travelling from Hyderabad on the Hyderabad-Pune Highway.
