Pachmari is well connected from Bhopal and Indore. The buses start from Habibganj ISBT of Bhopal and generally take close to 5-6 hours to reach Pachmarhi. The buses move through different towns like Hoshangabad, Babai, Sohagpur and Pipariya. Pipariya is the nearest railhead HWH-MUM Mail to Piparia & then by Car to panchmari.

One should visit during monsoons or winter or early summers as after April or so it becomes hotter. Pachmarhi is about 210 kilometres from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. One can reach Bhopal via train or flight and then can reach Pipariya via train/ road and then to Pachmari via road. Pipariya is the closest railhead to Pachmarhi, which is about 47 kilometres away. Pachmarhi is well connected by road to Nagpur, Bhopal and Pipariya. As in Pachmari one have road journeys so people who have vomiting tendency must keep/ take proper medicines. Also be aware / take proper care as monkeys can be found in many places, they can take away eatables anything one is carrying, even sometimes harm little children.

By air- Bhopal is the nearest airport. By railway nearest station is Pipariya, but more options of trains are available at Hoshangabad station. Hoshangabad and Panchmarhi is well connected by road via Pipariya. In case of Asthma, blood pressure and Cardiac Patient, Be careful. Please Carry your medicine with you.
