Pune is located at a distance of 585 km from Indore. Pune is well-connected by air, rail and road.
However, the best way to reach Pune from Indore is by road. The travel time from Indore to Pune is about 9 hours and 30 minutes. It is a time for collage admission i have travelled from Indore to Pune by bus. It was an A/C bus, well-managed. I travelled to Pune comfortably. Now to tell about Pune city, I have visited the city second time. It is nice city with good atmosphere there are lots of mails in the city. Good city for adventure and entertainment.
Raj Ratan is the best option other than that Hans 1*1 is a good choice for travellers travelling from Indore to Pune. Service of the staff was awesome and they were caring towards the passangers. I got a call from bus driver when I didn't board the bus at the food junction and he waited till I reached there.
Overall journey was good and fantastic as I enjoyed a lot with my friends. Toilet was clean and they offered good food. Refreshments were also available and at night I used the facility of railway accommodation.
Everything was nice. But after half an hour from the departure time somebody threw a stone or something from outside and the glass of opposite seat to us was shattered but was nicely taken care by conductor and other guy. And the rest of the journey was good. Just the last stop was too far away from home. Neeta travels drops just behind my home that was a bit of a problem other than that everything was great.
This is an overnight journey. Buses operate in the evening time and reach Indore in the morning. Hans, Neeta, RoyalStar, Rajmandir are few of the good options I found but I travelled with Hans. Staff behaviour in the AC buses is better as compared to other buses.
I suggest not to walk down except the proper stoppage of bus, mostly they don't count the number of passengers after any of the stop, so be aware and keep checking your bus whenever you get down.
Always carry your hand bag with you when you go for dinner at any of the stop.
Its easy to get tickets as there are multiple operator on this route. Just book your tickets bit early if you are planning to travel in vacation time to avoid the high rates.
