It was early morning when we left for Agra at sharp 6:30 am and the train was at 7:15 am. It is not necessary to pick anything like food items because the train itself provides all the food for the breakfast. The service of the train was awesome and we didnít feel tired while we travelled through.
The route to Agra was mind blowing and the expressway was excellent and well maintained. We enjoyed the journey but the weather conditions were unbearable it was too hot. We had to travel for four hours, we were so tired I suggested people not to travel in summer.
The train supposed to reach Agra Fort by 9.30 pm but it reached at 12'O clock at night. Just about two and half hour late. I must say that it is a very poor service from Indian railway. If you want to go from Jaipur to Agra, then try to go on road. It will be much more convenient then rail.
We were to catch train from Agra Fort Railway Station at 17:40 pm. We got late from Fatehpur Sikri, so we rushed towards Railway Staion, I purchased packed snacks and came to platform. Train was 10 minutes late as per the announcement, but actually it got late by an hour. We were hungry but could not eat packed snacks as we were not knowing about trains arrival. Finally train arrived and we boarded. By the time we opened packed food, it was cold and we could not finish it out. So our hunger tripled.
It was a great experience with RSRTC; the bus staff was cooperative and the bus reached destination on time. I found the bus seats to be comfortable and everything in place. Better than other bus operators even UPSRTC . The bus stopped at a good place where food was affordable as well as cheap.
