The ground staff at Both Jaipur and BLR were very rude, badly behaved and were trying to bully around The guy at check-in counter asks me, ďwhy have you purchased tickets for entire family, and if all are actually travelling? Ē. The ground handling staff at BLR tarmac was trying to push people to get into the bus as they were getting late. When questioned their behaviour, they tried to intimidate and were shouting abuses Itís a mistake I traveled with Air Asia, I will never travel or recommend anyone to travel with Air Asia.
Food was worst. Please donít provide the service if you canít give a tasty and hygiene food you are charging more than the affordable price but giving worst than street food compared to indigo and jet airways air Asia has to improve a lot on check in and flight schedule
Why the hell was there so much of delays in the flights? Do you realize that I had a connecting flight and the travel time is already long. I was supposed to land at 8:30 pm and reach home by 10:30 pm and guess what I landed at 1 am and reached home at 3 am. And I am a lady travelling all alone. Don't you think its absolutely unsafe? Also, how do I plan the next day at work when I don't sleep in the night? What's the point of travelling in a flight when the travel time is like this? This wasn't expected from Jet Airways!
Very bad customer support team and on ground staff. Not allowing 5 kg for 3 people and 1 infant. Indigo is better than airasia and staff is supportive of indigo. Airasia staff don't know how to talk to their customers.
Flight was scheduled to depart at 9. 15 AM. I got a message at 6 50 am saying the flight will be delayed and that they will let us know the details within one hour. Waited till 8 AM. Didn't get any response. Called up a friend who was in the airport (travelling on a different flight) and he let me know that my flight was delayed and was scheduled to depart at 11 am. Then I called up air asia customer care to confirm. The customer care people insisted that my flight was not delayed and was going to depart at 9. 15 as per schedule. By now it was 8. 30 am. Hurried out of the room, worried that I might have already missed the flight. Reached the airport and found that the flight was delayed and departure time was 11 am (which later became 12. 05). Pathetic. What is the use of customer service if they can't give us proper information?
