The worst experience was travelling in spice jet flight . When I entered the flight the seat was full of chocolates when complained the same to the air hostess she suggested to take a piece of paper and clean ourselves . Worst cleanliness . Even pilot was not professional at all . He actually disn't know how to land flight, I was jus wanting to come out of the flight . Best flight is indigo, so much comfort clean and professionalism.
Very poor co-ordination with airport, hencewehad to wait 3hours in the plane for take off and that too minimum food. Indigo could have offerd food if it is delayed even though the fault was not indigo.
Have traveled with indigo multiple times but recently while travelling from Chennai to Pune (6E-401) the whole aircraft was full of mosquitoes and when few passengers complained about this they were warned not to misbehave with the crew or else will be debated immediately. Probably airlines are only concerned about major consequences and are least bothered about health & safety. Moreover, a passenger cannot raise any issue as this is being treated as misbehaving. We were so obliged to travel with mosquitoes & all thanks to INDIGO.
Am very dissatisfied about the luggage handling process at airport. Once I got luggage I realized my trolley bag got a damage due to the careless luggage handing at airport. Hope this types of bad experience never happen to any passengers in future.
We were 4 friends travelling together and wanted nearby seats. While scanning luggage, Indigo crew came and asked for our tickets to check us in, we told her we wanted seats together. She herself staretd choosing middle seats for us, when we stopped her she said I didn't checked in, you can go to counter and do that. On counter we came to know that she already checked us in. All 4 were on different row and middle seats. What kind of customer service is this. Then the girl on counter said she can't do anything about it as all seats are full. When we refused to go ahead, she somhow magically came up with 2 seats together so we got 2-2 seats, but the disaster didn't end. These were seats near emergency exit so can't be pushed back. What a disappointing ending to wonderful trip. Wow, I am so thrilled with your customer service. Never going with Indigo again.
