There is no direct flight from Delhi to Port Blair. I believe the shortest destination is via Calcutta. Secondly plan for your accommodation in advance else you need to pay little higher and there will not be any scope of negotiations. While in Port Blair City travel by auto not by taxi as any destination within city will not be more than 5 mins journey and taxi will charge Rs, 700-800 wherein by auto you can travel in maximum Rs. 30-40.
