Bhuj has a railhead and an airport, though we drove from Indore,which made it easier and convenient to extensively cover the whole of Kutch! One needs prior police permits to visit The Great Rann. These are easily and quickly made available.

To reach Bhuj from Mumbai there is Mumbai- Bhuj flight. You can come from Mumbai to Bhuj via train also. For Delhi or people from north or east, best way to come to Ahmedabad and then go via rail or road. It is better to go during winter. Summer is quite hot.
