Nice four lane highway roads if you choose NH7. Takek a round trip to cover Thirunelveli (Nellaiappar Temple, Lala Mittai Kadai Halwa) and Tiruchendur (Sea shore temple of Lord Muruga). Roads are not great near Tiruchendur. You can have a good view of the wind mills on the way to Kanyakumari.

We booked a 10 seater traveller and were travelling all around Tamil Nadu. Places like Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, Pondicherry, Madurai etc were all travelled in the same bus. The driver was hospitable and gave a good guidance at all the places where we moved.
