First of all flight was delayed by 47 minutes. I blame for the pathetic time management for both arrival and departure including luggage arrival as well . Due to The same I missed my connected bus. I'm totally dissatisfied with the same as being a lady with a child and had to suffer at midnight time. I had to travel through cab with overcharging almost at 150% than normal rate to travel in the night and it was unsafe as well for me and my child . .

On flight there are two passengers who don't have their seat in the flight. Its feel like public transport bus. They gave cabin crew seat to them. And flight is also delayed by 1 hour Because of this. Terrible experience.

Every time that I have opted for Spicemax, there is always an issue related to inflight food and beverage . . We are entitled to a decent meal or S/W and should be provided an option between Veg and Non-Veg. But always there is a tendency to handover whatever is available on board, and the options are never adequate. To the extent that the onboard crew insists on handing over 'peanuts' and 'cashews' because they have not been given enough decent meal packets of both veg and non-veg. And even the quality of that food has deteriorated in the recent past. Earlier there was an option to choose the dish while purchasing spicemax. But now since the longest time the website malfunctions when you try to select a meal. By default it chooses for you the option to accept what's available on board and that is UNFAIR. Please take care of this SpiceJet because you are charging a lot for that seat. You better provide a good meal. I don't want peanuts and cashews for 1000 rupees because that isn't worth it! You make me haggle for something I have already paid a very steep price for in advance. Moreover the cabin crew first give false information that they have run out of X item. And then upon being reminded that I paid for spicemax and negotiate with them, somehow they present a Tomato and Cucumber S/W which is not of adequate quality either. So at the end, the experience is still horrible and that's for paying extra one thousand rupees

Air India did not take our luggage and did not give boarding passes and due to that we can not use Airport lounges and waited out side there windows to get boarding passes. While going, was Jet airways and they issue us boarding passes. Flight was also very delayed, was of 1. 30 a m and departed at 3. 30 a m. They do not bother for passengers. Will always prefer not to get Air India again whenever possible in future.

Out flight carrier was etihad who had changed in our flight schedule. Jet airways sent us a notification but didnít care to change tickets including out connecting flights and left us on phone with customer service for over 3 hours at the airport. Also they overbooked the flight and almost bounced us off the flight
