On my departure from Bangalore, I was told at the airport that I was moved to Cathay because of ATC issues in Mumbai. Jet staff was extremely insensitive. 1. I was not informed of this before, so I reached the airport at 20:00 for a 22:30 flight. I had left Home at 19:00 for this 2. Cathay was scheduled at 01:30 hrs. 3. I was to wait at the terminal for 6 hrs and 30 mins! 4. I asked to be provided a meal coupon since I had a long day at work and come directly to the airport. 5. Jet staff told me that they were not authorised to do this. Well, I did not authorise them to change my flight! 6. Finally, I was given access to the lounge at 21:00 hrs after I demanded it. The person in charge was rude and behaved like he did me a huge favour. Terrible attitude!
Very pathetic service .. I asked to cancel my ticket immediately after I booked it, as by mistake I book it for wrong date. I requested them so much still they didn't consider it and the ticket was book 5-6months back .. I will never ever travel with indigo airlines neither will recommend to anyone.
I am a 8th standard student( 13 year old) and was travelling alone. I reached check in counter at 3pm and my flight was at 3. 50pm from Mumbai to bangalore( T2 terminal) on 27th Oct 2017. I was sent away to economy check in counters by staff instead of giving me priority check in at privilege customer counters. I lost 10 minutes in going to check in counter. Then I was not allowed to check in as I was late and I missed my flight. The staff was uncooperative and rude. I will not travel by Jet airways again
