My flight got cancelled 4 hours before check-in. I was forced to book another flight paying thrice the fare of my original flight. Also, I haven't received any communication from Indigo or MMT for refund. I should ideally have been accommodated in another flight. This was unexpected and unfair of indigo airlines.
Boarding started after 45 mins of scheduled departure. (Flight Timing was 12:15AM(Jan3) boarding started at 1:00 AM(Jan3)). I was asked to reach 2hours before scheduled departure I. E at 10:15 PM(Jan2) for check-in.
Lost my bag at Mumbai airport. Took a long time to lodge a complaint. Missed the flight to Bangalore in that bargain which left at 2. 15 am. We requested for the next fight but were not adjusted on that. We were put on a flight which left at 8. 50 am. We were stranded at Mumbai airport from 12 - 8 am. Were given a phone number to follow up about our baggage complaint- no response. We were told they would get back by 5 pm some Mr Thoufee told us at Bangalore airport but no information. It has been a harrowing experience and I am surprised by their service, Wasted a day missed meetings and lost a bag.
Even after web check in, 1 hour queue for baggage drop and the manager was very rude. My husband was having fever and asked for an emergency blanket and the stupid air hostess refused. Disgusting services, cold food, delayed take off of around 30 minutes.
