It was just amazing to experience the hospitality of Air India Airlines, they feel you make special for sure. Flying in Air India give you that desi feel with the food. Food is good and off course the liqueur is very good. Good entertainment facility available on broad are just excellent. Happy journey!
The Air India staff aren't keen to help, so carry your own water bottles. Not funny - but they are simply keen to avoid eye contact, and in my case they put off the attendant call light 12+ times. I realised that every time I press the attendant button - someone casually dismisses it by pressing some remote button.
Worth noting - don't bother writing negative / constructive feedback; as a team the Airline staff will chuck it efficiently into a bin!!
Boarded flight from Mumbai to Bangalore. Used online check-in which was quite user friendly and smooth. Travelled with my disabled mother. She was helped into her seat by the very friendly cabin crew who escorted her from the aircraft entrance and I was helped with my on-board luggage. During the flight the flight attendants helped my mother with the food, something that I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival in Bangalore we were met by very friendly and professional Air India ground services personnel who escorted all the way to the Airport exit. The flight to Bangalore was on a Airbus 320 however the cabin crew were extremely professional and helped us throughout. I am very pleased with Air India and will certainly fly with them again.
Train took me around 24 hours Journey to reach Bangalore, Its very long journey. Recommended to travel from Mumbai to Bangalore via bus or private vehicle. The train is very clean though, the toilets are clean, food, water and refreshments are available in train. Overall average experience in train.
We took this Airline as it is the best in the class giving us a good flying experience. Moreover the timing was also good which matched our schedule. Would prefer this Airline based on their services. The ground staff were very supportive and had our check-in much more smoothly.
