Assistance was not provided properly. People were on the gate and no one was willing to help. I was travelling alone with infant. Travelling from Abroad was absolutely fine but domestic experience was not good

Hospitality of Indigo is pathetic, I am expecting, was travelling with my father. One air hostess while entering in the flight asked me are you expecting, how many weeks? I will come to your seat. She passed by my seat but never came to my seat. What was the need to say this? If you did not mean to .. Pathetic airlines ... Felt more like travelling in a bus
Indigo airlines need to improve their seats. Seat cushions are absolutely not comfortable. Me and my fellow passenger had to message our buttocks after standing. You can very well observe that, as soon as the aircraft stops, all the passengers open their seat belts within 3 seconds and tend to standup immediately. It is really surprising that, the airline who clams to be fastest growing on Indian skies, have such lousy seats. Anyone, who is Reading this review, will accept it. These seats can alternatively be used as punishment chair also. The front tray design seems to be so unique, that it is just not practicable to keep a smallest size plate also. It has no stoppers to arrest a Mobile also. I opened it and rested magazine and my palms on it. It was surprising that, air hostess asked me to close the tray and hold the magazine in hands. When I asked for explanation, she told me that, they are not meant for such use and may break. You must be aware that, the people travel by your airline, only for the reason that, fares are cheaper. My contention is, to extent it is OK, but your can at least give proper seat and tray, as they are basic necessities. You are operating an airline and not third class railway coach.
This is the second time worst experience with Jet. I was extremely unwell and travelling home for Medical reasons and the Jet flight was delayed by 3 hours. Passengers were boarded in flight at 20. 00 but flight took of at 21. 46 hrs. Crew members were completely giving cold response and no where to be seen with no amswer on delay
