Most of the time this train is on time and is not much crowed. Timing of the train is at 6:45 from New Delhi and it is on time. Station is so clean and food item is available and I really enjoyed the journey. It is comfortable and in the train every kind of food item is available.

The Shiv Ganga Exp (12559) is a good train because of it's great speed, timing and cleanliness. I travelled in 3 AC with upper birth. There seats are in good conditions. In my route the station Kanpur is a good station. I am directed to any one to stay here and take a tea here. The pantry service is very good in this train. I want to travel by this train lot many times.
